Changes of functions and land use in the model areas of Czechia

This diploma thesis deals with the development of land use from 1845 to 2015 in three different model areas of different functions. It examines which driving forces effects on the functions of the localities and which had a major influence on the change of the landscapes of the model areas, and at which time the greatest change in the structure of the land fund occurred. The research localities were selected to verify whether were the same or different driving forces of changing the landscape, and whether their development differed from the national trend of gradual reduction of arable land. In the model area of Chvaleč, this issue was examined up to the detail of individual parcels. Basic social driving forces include the agricultural revolution, the scientific and technological revolution, the expulsion of Germans after the Second World War, the socialization associated with the collectivisation of agriculture and the return to the market economy in the 1990s. The work uses a wide range of statistical sources, in particular the LUCC Czechia database which contains data of land use of the Czechia at the level of cadastral territories, which form a background of research in the mentioned localities. Analysis of the impacts of the Amendment to the Consumer Credit Act on the banking sector of the Czech Republic

The subject of the thesis called Analysis of the impacts of the Amendment to the Consumer Credit Act on the banking sector of the Czech Republic is the Amendment to the Consumer Credit Act effective since 1.12.2016 and its presumed impact on banking sector including the consideration of the justification of some provisions of the Act. The objective of this thesis is a clear summary of fundamental changes which waste from new legislative and outlining the related questions, mapping the consumer credit market tendencies from macro and micro view and recognition of possible risks and opportunities related to the amendment. The data are processed using the simple descriptive statistics method with use of graphic methods and word comments.
Current trends in transportation and their significance for the tourism industry

Aim of this thesis is to analyse current trends in tranportation and define their significance for tourism. Thesis contains the definition of single types of transport and their specifics in the tourism industry, describes current situation in the transport sector and trends of development by analyzing economic crisis and other current topics such as high speed rail, the use of navigation, alternative fuels and the consolidation of the airline industry.
Development of the bank fee policy in retail banking sector in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis describes development of the bank charges in the Czech Republic in the years 2006-2009. Object of this work was to notice trends of the development from three different points of view. First part of work introduces theoretical determination with characteristics of chosen products in five czech banks. Third chapter deals with the model of client behaviour and its progression in monitored years. Next chapter presents results of analysis from the view of model client and individual bank. This chapter includes the summary of trends and cohesion of banks.
